Balance and Vision

Plan “H” is offered to the citizens and County of Humboldt. It is a balanced and visionary approach to the update of the Humboldt County General Plan. We offer this Plan to promote a vital economy (jobs) and affordable housing through collaboration, cooperation, and communication.

Plan H will benefit all citizens and visitors of this extraordinarily picturesque area while protecting and utilizing its natural resources.
